Onur Mutalibov is the founder of FW2W and the architect behind the FW2W Growth Cycle™ and FW2W Brand Presence™ frameworks. His work focuses on creating clarity, structure and measurable progress for individuals and organisations.
He leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees the development of its methodology. His upcoming book series, FW2W: From Want to Win, outlines the principles that shape the FW2W approach and serves as the foundation for the consultancy’s work.
Founder's Message
For years, I worked hard to succeed, yet I often found myself lost in the process. I had experience, knowledge and discipline, but none of it translated into a clear direction. At one point, I questioned whether all those years of effort had led anywhere at all. Eventually, I realised the issue wasn’t a lack of ability — it was a lack of awareness and a lack of structure.That insight became the turning point.I built a system for myself. I analysed who I was, identified the goals that genuinely aligned with me and designed the strategies that would move me toward them. I applied the system consistently, reviewed my progress and refined what didn’t work. Over time, I gained clarity, direction and a blueprint I could rely on.The results were real. And they were repeatable.This led me to a simple question: if this system worked for me, could it work for others? That question became the foundation of From Want to Win. What began as a personal framework evolved into something broader — a structure that could support professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, businesses and even public institutions.From this evolution, the FW2W Growth Cycle was created.And with it, the FW2W brand was born.Today, FW2W exists to provide the clarity and structure that so many people and organisations struggle to find. Our goal is not to complicate growth, but to make it understandable and achievable through a system that is practical, grounded and adaptable.With the right framework, progress becomes a matter of direction and discipline — not chance.
